All equipment needed for the Sports Squirts classes will be provided by USA Sport Group. 

Absolutely! Sports Squirts is designed for children of all experience levels, from those trying a sport for the first time to young players looking to build on existing skills. Our age-appropriate curriculum focuses on developing fundamental skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sports in a fun, supportive environment.

For most weekly classes, you can expect between 6 and 12 children per coach. We maintain a maximum coach-to-child ratio of approximately 12:1, although some programs may vary slightly depending on the format. Children are typically grouped by age and developmental level to ensure every participant receives the attention, instruction, and encouragement they need to succeed.

Sports Squirts classes begin from 12 months old and provide a progressive pathway through to 8 years old. Each age group is designed to match your child's stage of development, with fun, engaging activities that build confidence, coordination, and fundamental sports skills. As children grow, they progress from movement and active play to developing sport-specific skills, teamwork, and game-based play.

Have a child older than 8? USA Sport Group offers a wide range of sports classes, camps, leagues, and programs for older children, teens, and adults.

No previous sports experience is required! Sports Squirts is a developmental program designed for children of all experience levels. Whether your child is trying a sport for the first time or has already participated in classes, our age-appropriate programs help build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and fundamental sports skills in a fun, positive, and supportive environment. From Parent & Me and Parent Assisted classes through to Squirts and Skills & Scrimmage, every program is tailored to your child's stage of development.

Our coaches are experienced youth sports instructors with backgrounds in education, coaching, and working with young children. Each staff member receives specialized curriculum training to ensure classes are fun, engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate for every age group.

 We pride ourselves on creating positive sports experiences that support each child’s growth, confidence, and skill development while maximizing learning through active play and age-appropriate instruction.
